TYSM FOR 1M The Mental Health Survey is not a test. There are no right answers, no scores, no finish line. It’s a quiet place for anyone who has ever felt tired, overwhelmed, or stuck. Through 20 simple, reflective questions, it asks you to pause, breathe, and listen to yourself — at your own pace. Even answering just one question is enough. This project exists because I know what it’s like to struggle with anxiety, depression, and burnout. It isn’t meant to fix everything.
